Welcome To NSA Virginia!

Hello and welcome to NSA Virginia. It’s really a privilege to be part of this group and to welcome our guests and fellow members. If you are checking us out for the first time, you’re in for a treat.

We are the Virginia Chapter of the National Speakers Association. Our name tells you part of the story, but there is so much more that you may not realize at first glance. We are speakers, but most of us do much more. Many of us wouldn’t even describe ourselves as professional speakers, even though we do speak professionally.

We are business owners and entrepreneurs. We are trainers and facilitators. We are coaches and consultants. We are writers, teachers, coaches, financial advisors, restaurateurs, information marketers, therapists, entertainers, salespeople and much more.

Most of us wear different hats but we all come together under the NSA Virginia banner because we share a passion for what we do and want to communicate it to others. We are experts in our fields or are on a journey to become an expert. As such, we tend to attract the brightest and most engaging folks you’ll ever want to meet. But I do have to warn you, we like to talk!

The reason so many of us have found NSA Virginia is probably for some of the same reasons that you have. The connections and contacts within the local chapter and our national organization are incredible resources to help you grow your business and your career.

We are so fortunate through our affiliation of the National Speakers Association to attract a nationally-renowned line-up of presenters who challenge and inspire us each month. If you attend any of our programs, you will have the opportunity to interact with some of the top leaders in business today. These are leaders who have distinguished themselves in their careers and who are willing to share openly with us so that we can all learn.

You will also have the opportunity to grow through the networking with fellow members and guests to NSA Virginia. Whether it’s through our Pro-Track Mentoring Program for aspiring speakers or a Getting Connected Lunch, we welcome opportunities to learn and share ideas with each other.
