coach, and consultant, Tom's talent is to help

Tom uses his expertise in psychology, performance,

both a BA degree and an MSW degree from UNC-Chapel
Hill, gained a Certificate in Organizational
Development from UNC-Charlotte, and is a

Association. Having started his career as a teacher
and counselor, Tom gained over 15 years experience
as a trainer, consultant, and CEO in the health
field before launching Esquare Leadership, a NC
based consulting firm whose clients include

systems, enterprising non-profits, and small
business entrepreneurs. Tom's expertise in the
dynamics of leadership and management, and savvy in
