Bodacious! Ventures, LLC
Description:  Whether as an author, speaker or radio show co-host, Mary Foley aims to increase the sanity, confidence, and fun in every woman's life! Her signature presentation "Live Like Your Nail Color Even if You Have Naked Nails" is fun, energizing, and empowering. Keeping with her nail color theme, "Minimizing the Dings in Life - and on Your Nails - When Chip Happens" is all about how to put life's inconveniences in their place. And "Taking the Fear out of Change - One Nail Color at Time" playfully helps women embrace change and believe in their own abilities to handle whatever comes along. Whether it's donning a Wonder Woman red cape or an elephant-size "Hello, I'm......." sticker, the key to Mary's success is that she delivers real content in a humorous, interactive format that gives the audience simple, powerful ideas they can use immediately.

Bio:   Mary Foley has a reputation for her spunk and experience. Fresh out of college, Mary set aside her hard-earned engineering degree from Virginia Tech, to search for a career she loved. She took a job as an $8 an hour customer service representative “just to pay the bills” at the then-unknown America Online. During AOL’s hyper-growth, Mary was promoted four times, survived six layoffs, and became AOL’s first head of Corporate Training within 10 years. While her career shot up, Mary’s personal life was challenged by a difficult, sometimes threatening, marriage. When she unexpectedly hit the glass ceiling, Mary reached deep inside to find the inner courage - the bodaciousness - to recreate her life. That decision set her on a path where she has never looked back. After earning her Master’s degree in Organization Development from Pepperdine University, she authored several books, including "Bodacious! Woman: Outrageously in Charge of Your Life and Lovin’ It" and "Live Like Your Nail Color Even If You Have Naked Nails", became a popular speaker to women’s groups, and became co-host of the “Girlfriend We Gotta Talk” radio show. In her media adventures, she has been on the cover of Kiplinger's Personal Finance magazine and spoofed on the E! Entertainment TV Show “The Soup.” Spoofed or not, Mary takes it all in stride. She says wearing red nail polish helps!
