Charlyne’s broad experience comes from twenty years work with managers and executives during fast-paced corporate changes. Her innovation identity developed from leading multiple mergers/acquisitions, plethoras of product launches, tumultuous technology changes, and lots of leadership/culture changes. Charlyne’s infectious energy comes from her natural enthusiasm for achieving results—hers and her clients'. Charlyne’s consulting experience is backed by nearly a decade as a leadership consultant, trainer, and Regional Human Resource Manager inside the financial services industry. During this time, she achieved the distinction of Highest Honor Graduate from the Virginia Banker’s Bank Management School at the University of Virginia. Her broad experience in management and organization development is complemented by her Masters Degree in Human Resource Development from The George Washington University. And it doesn’t hurt her creativity that she was educated as an artist, earning her BFA in Fashion Design from Virginia Commonwealth University before she began her career in retail management.
